The aim of the workshop is, through experiential meditation and breathing exercises, to understand how energy works in our body and how we can manage it for the benefit of our personal development and self-healing. At the same time, it seeks to cultivate an understanding of the structure of the mind and its relationship with energy and emotion.
This course series is a continuation of the Pranayama & Meditation workshop, which had been held for years at Horos, now offered in a more practical and experiential format. It is open to everyone, regardless of physical condition, gender, or religion
