In Practice
During a Holistic Nutrition Counseling session, the foods we consume are recorded, creating a “map” of our habits and preferences. Through this process — and with the counselor’s guidance — a personalized analysis is developed, helping us gain deeper understanding of the reasons behind our food choices.
Gradually, this process empowers us to take conscious responsibility for our nutrition, fostering autonomy and awareness in our choices.
