The practice moves between flow and stillness: sequences that connect movement with breath alternate with more static poses, where we stay a little longer to observe, feel, and explore the body.
Through this interplay, we cultivate mobility, flexibility, strength, and a deeper awareness of movement.
This approach invites the body to move with greater freedom while allowing the mind to remain present.
The practice concludes with a short Yoga Nidra, creating a gentle transition from movement to stillness and offering space for deep relaxation.

This practice is designed both for those who already have experience with Yoga and for those who wish to discover it through a more experiential approach to movement.

Her journey with yoga began in 2015 in Dubai, during a period of travel and inner exploration. From Asia and the Middle East to Europe and America, the different places and cultures she encountered gradually shaped her relationship with the body, movement, breath, and awareness. Yoga entered her life not only as a practice, but also as a way of observing, connecting, and living with greater presence. She is a certified Hatha & Raja Yoga teacher (CYT 500h) with the International Yoga Association, and has also completed training in children’s yoga, prenatal yoga, and yoga for seniors / Chair Yoga. Since 2020, she has been teaching Yoga and Pilates in both group and private sessions, with a focus on mobility, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and the connection with the breath. Her studies in Agricultural Sciences and her deep love for nature are constant sources of inspiration. Grounding, observation, and connection with the natural environment are woven into both her personal practice and her approach to teaching. Today, she lives and works in Athens, continuing to teach Yoga and Pilates while creating practices that bring together movement, awareness, and embodied exploration. She is the founder and organiser of the Andros Yoga Festival, a three-day celebration of yoga, nature, and community that brings together diverse practices, people, and influences from Greece and abroad, creating a space for connection, exchange, and sharing. In her teaching, she combines flow with stability, activation with release, and physical practice with moments of stillness and inner observation. Whether through Yoga or Pilates, her intention is to create a meaningful space where each person can move with awareness, connect with their breath, and discover their own rhythm.
